$1 - 25 Million.
Having a broad knowledge of the capital markets and
strong relationships with a full spectrum of lenders across the country
including commercial banks, independent commercial finance companies and senior
debt funds, we work with clients to determine an optimal capital structure for
a specific undertaking. We then prepare
a comprehensive placement memorandum and manage the financing process for the
company from structuring through funding the new facility, saving management
valuable time and allowing them to focus on running their business.
